Commencing at a concrete monument at the Southeast corner of Block 5, OCEAN
VIEW SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 61, public
records of.St. Lucie County, Florida; run thence Kest 132.69 -feet along the
North right-of-way line of Gulfstream Avenue to a point on the Range Line or
reference line set forth on survey of W.J. Schoepfer, R.L.S., dated May 10,
1978; turn thence and run North 0.0 degrees along said Range Lins 24.90 feet to ~
a point on the exterior surface of fence to the Point of Beginning; thence ~
continue North through center line of fence and party wall a distance of 50
feet more or less to a point on exterior surface of wall; turn thence and run '
West 33 feet more or less along exterior surface of wall to a point; turn
thence and run South a distance of 17 feet more or less along exterior surface•
of wall to the center line of party wall; turn thence and run 16.33 feet East
more or less along center line of party wall to the center line of North/South
party wall; turn thence and run South 33 feet more or less along center line of
party wall to a point; turn thence and run East 16.66 feet more or less along
exterior surface of fence to the Point of Beginning.
