THOMAS REED GOLDEN, also known as T. REID GOLDEN and JOYCE G. GOLDEN,
his wife
herein called "Mortgagor(s)", and METROPOLITAN MORTGAGE CO., a
Florida corporation, herein called "Mortgagee".
WIiEREAS, on the 23 day of February , 19 80 , the
Mortgagor(s) executed and delivered to the Mortgagee a promissory
note and mortgage securing the same, which mortgage has been
recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in and/or under ORB 326 PAGE 1729
and the parties now desire to modify and amend said note and
morti~.~ye, ::s below I~rovided;
NOW, TIiEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises
and the sum of $10.00 to each the other in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed:
1. The promissory note above referred is hereby modified
and amended so that the first installment of principal and
interest owing thereunder shall become due and payable on the
15th day of May 1980, and the final payment of principal
~,nd interest shall become due and payable on the 15th day of
April 1983 .
2. Except as herein modified, all the provisions of-said
note and mortgage remain in full force and effect.
