FINAL JUDGMENT
The above titled cause came on for hearing upon Peti-
tion of said Petitioner, all parties being present and represented ~
by counsel and the Court having considered the pleadings and the
argument of counsel for the respective parties and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:

1. That the Petitioner herein is the natural father of
the minor child, JONATHAN MICHAEL ROSS.
2. That the natural mother of the child, JULIANN KLINE,
died in an automobile accident in St. Lucie County, Florida on or #
i
about April 8, 1980.
3. That the Respondents are illegally detaining the said

minor child, JONATHAN MICHAEL ROSS, and that.the natural father,

the Petitioner herein, is entitled to custody of said child. There-
fore it is _

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
A. That Respondents immediately deliver the minor. child, ~
JONATHAN MICHAEL ROSS, to the custody of the Petitioner, RICHARD E. '
ROSS.

B. That the Respondents, as maternal grandparents to the
minor child, JONATHAN MICHAEL ROSS, are entitled to reasonable visi-
tation rights with the minor child. The Court defines reasonable
~ rights of visitation consisting, at least, of six weeks' visitation
f
each summer and alternate school holidays provided such visitation
does not interfere with the child's education.
