entire original file on this matter to the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
Broward County Court House, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301..

THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion of the
State Attorney, and the Court being fully advised, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Honorable Roger Poitras, Clerk

Florida, be and he is hereby ordered to transfer the entire original
file in the above styled cause to the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
