PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to
INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated December 28, 1918, and
recorded in Official Records Book 300, Pages. 2081 through 2091, inclusive, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this iq~, day of AQril.l~_,
