FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promise to pay to the order of CARL M. ~
LICHT and wife, SHIRLEY LICHT, the principal sum of Eighty-Five Thousand and No/100
` Dollars ($85,000.00), together with interest thereon at the rate of thirteen per
cent (13X) per annum from April 18 , 1980, until maturit both

interest being payable in Lawful Money of the United States, such principal sum and
interest payable~in installments as follows,
a. Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($17,500.00),
! plus interest on the outstanding principal amount shall be due
and payable on or before August 1, 1980.
b. Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Five and No/100 Dollars
($16,875.00) shall be payable, together with any and all out-
standing interest on the principal amount remaining on this
note, on the first day of April for the years 1981, 1982, 1983,
' and the last payment being due on April 1,-1984, together with ,
any and all outstanding accrued and unpaid interest.

Such installment payments shall be applied first to the-interest accruing under
~ the terms of this note and then to a reduction of the principal indebtedness.
Buyer may prepay all or a portion of the outstanding principal and accrued
interest on or after April 18 , 1980.
