ORDER DISMISSING COUNTERCLAIM
This cause, having come on to be heard before me
on March 31, 1980, upon Motion of the Counterdefendant to
dismiss the Counterclaim of GREENBRIER PLAZA, as to Counts
II and III of the Counterclaim, and this Court having heard
the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Counts II and III of the
~ Counterclaim be and the same are hereby dismissed, with. leave
of Counterplaintiff to amend its Counterclaim within twenty (20)
~ days hereof.
