5. purchase Money Wrap-Arounnd Mortgage between the parties which is in fact a
second mortgage and wraps around an existing first mortgage in favor of
Citizens Federal Savings & Loan Association of St. Lucie County dated
October 16, 1975 artd recorded October 17, 1975 in 0. R. Book 241, Page 2734,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The Grantees assume the obligations of a member of Ocean Village Property Owner's

and the Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, end will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever,
axcept taxes for year 1980 and subsequent, and restrictions, reservations, limitations, covenants, and easements of record, if any.
