Declaration of Corxiominiwn thereof, as recorded in Official
Records Book 232 Page 619 through 711 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida
The following additional provisions shall apply to the above
described Mortgage:
9. A condition for making the pa3m~ents hereunder by the Mortgagor
pursuant to the terms of the Note securing this Mortgage is that the Mortgagee
must make and keep cta~rent all paytr~ents of principal and interest, as may be
required, pursuant to the terms of that certain Mortgage in favor of Citizens
Federal Savings & Loan Association of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated October 16,
1975 and recorded October 17, 1975 in Official•Reco~cis Book 244, at Page 2734
of Lhe Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
10. In the event that the Mortgagee fails to pay upon the foregoing
first mortgage as aforesaid, the Mortgagor shall be entitled to pay the same
directly to the first Mortgagee arr3 take a credit for the same a.~inst all
j payments that may be due to said t~iortgagee herein until such time as the said
f Mortgagee commences to make payment to the holder of the .first mortgage and due
notice of the aforesaid shall be given to the Mortgagor herein.
11. In order to determine that the Mortgagee herein is current in
making all payments under the aforesaid first mortgage to the holder of the
same, he shall be required to prorgtly deliver to the Mortgagor herein written
evidence of all such payments when requested by the Mortgagor.
12. The true airount of the new funds being financed under the terms
of this "WRAP AROUPID" mortgage is $ 32,490.04
