CLAIM OF LIEN

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
FRANK H. FEE, III, who, being first duly sworn by me, says
on oath that he is attorney and agent in this behalf for
the leinor herein, EAST COAST LUMBER & SUPPLY COMPANY,~a
Florida corporation, P. O. Box 790, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450, and that in pursuance of oral contracts now fully
executed with the following:

P. O. Box 6366
West Palm Beach, FL 33405
said lienor furnished the following:
Lumber, roof framing materials, nails, trim hardware,
millwork and other miscellaneous building supplies.
for the construction of improvements situate on the real
property described as follows:
SEASCAPE, Phases (A) and (B), as more fully set
out in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein.
said real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and owned by Hutchinson Island Limited Partnership. Said
materials were of a total value of $356.14, including finance
charges, of which there remains unpaid $356.14. The first
of said materials were furnished on January 9, 1980 and the
last of same on January 29, 1980. A Notice to Owner in proper
form has been duly served and was received on February 5,
1980, and the lienor has otherwise properly complied with
all provisions of Chapter 713, Florida Statutes.
