above estate alleges:

1. The decedent, William C. Ware, a resident of St.

Lucie County, Florida, died on the 24th day of October, 1978,
and Letters of Administration were issued. to Petitioner on
December 21, 1978.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representative. i
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by }
making payment; settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and by paying or making pro-
vision for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amounts of compensation ~ither paid or to be
~ paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants,
