2. Decedent, Gerald E. Foreman, whose 1~'st known address
was Star Route 1, Box 1314, Port Tobacco, Maryland, whose
age was 61 years, and whose social security number is 316-05-
5650, died on February 15, 1980, at Prince George's County,
Maryland, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
in Charles County, Maryland.
