and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make,
publish and disclose the folloxing as and for m4r Last Will and
Testament.

death as may be convenient.
THIRD: In the event that my husband, Alex Lucas, shall
survive me, I hereby give, devise and bequeath sll of my estate

hold as his property absolute.

decease me or if we should die as the result of a common disaster {

bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of
