Nev York, Robert Lucas, presently residing at 7 Sandalwood Drive,
East Drunsvick, NeW Jersey, Joseph Lucas, presently residing at
Cartway Lane, Bedford Village, NeRa York,. and Rocaayne L. Shepard,
presently residing at 1672 Forests Court, Atlanta, Georgia, share
and share alike, in equal parts, or to the survivor or survivors
of them, to be theirs absolutely and forever.

FIFTS: If away of my children predecease me, then the 1

to such child shall be divided, share and share alike, among my
