' I, E. BERNICE NOBLE, presently residing at 2115 Hills Court
Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposing t
mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last ~
i Will and Testament, .hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore made ~

by me at any time.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be E
j paid as -soon as is practicable after my decease, and I hereby authorize and

empower my Executor or Executrix, in the event of any claim being made
against my estate, to settle and discharge the same in his or her absolute ~
discretion.

SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed and wheresoever
the same may be situate unto my husband, JOHN W. NOBLE, to be his ab- ~ ;
solutely and in fee simple should he survive me. ' t

THIRD: In the event that my said husband should not survive
me or if we should die simultaneously or as the result of a common accident;

or disaster- involving both of us; or if we should die, under such circumstances

that make it difficult or impossible to determine which of us died last; then,

and in either of such events, I give, devise and bequeath all of the said rest,;

(a) I give, devise and bequeath my home and lot situate at 2115
~ Hills Court in Fort Pierce, Florida together with all furniture, furnishings
and fixtures therein, unto m~~ 3aughter, DOROTHY E. M AGILL, presently

residing at 3 Marvilo Road, Ellsmere, Delaware to be hers absolutely if she
:survives me, If she sho~ald not survive me then I give, devise and bequeath

all of the same unto my granddaughters, BERNICE ANNE TIGi-IE, presently

residing at 207 Coral Drive Brookview, Claymont, Delaware; JANET NOBLE j
