On the petition of DOROTHY E. MAGILL, BERNICE TIGHE, .
JANET NOBLE DAVIES and BETTE JEAN BURNETT, for Summary Adminis-
tration of the estate of E. BERNICE NOBLE, deceased, the
Court finding that the decedent died on the 27th day of
February, 1980; that all interested persons have been served
proper notice of this hearing, or have waived notice thereof;
that the material allegations of the petition are true; and
that an Order of Summary Administration should be entered;
