THIS MORTGAGE, executed the 18th day of APRIL ~ A. D., 19 80 , by
JOSEPH B. POLIZZI, a single man
hereinafter callad the Mortgagor, whidt term shall include singular or plural, corporation or individual, and either sex, and shall
include the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor, to
STUART NATIONAL BANK
o notional banking association organized and existing under the lows of the United Stoles with its prin;.ipol place of business in
Martin County, Florida, hereinafter tolled the Mortgagee, which term shall include the successors
and assigns of the said Mortgagee.
WITNESSETH THAT, WHEREAS, the Mortgagor has received o loan from the Mortgagee and is justly indebted to the
Mortgagee, which indebtedness is hereby acknowledged and is evidenced by a certain promissory rests doted the _ 8~

NOW THIS MORTGAGE WITNESSETH, That the said Mortgagor for the better securing of the several sums of money
mentioned in the said note does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said Mortgagee,
in fee simple forever, the folkswing described land, of which sold Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in otxuol possession ,
