thereof,recorded in Condominium Book 1, Pages 1 through S, and Unit A, Tract
1, according to the amended plot plan of VILLA DEL SOL,a Condominium, recorded
in Condominium Book 1, Pages 6 through 10, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements
appurtenant thereto, all according to the Declaration of Condominium of
VILLA DEL SOL, as recorded in Official Record Book 182, Page 1323, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

ease may hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and before full payment of this mortiage
and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such further advances, with interest, shall be secured by dais
moitga%e and shall be evidenced by an additional note then unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mort-
gage may decrease or increase from time to time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exce.-cl die maximum
principal sum of S 46 , 400.00 ,together with interest thereon and any and all disbursements made by the Mortgagee for the pay-
ment of taxes, levies, or insurance on the property covered by the lien of this mortgage with interest on such disbursements at the rate speci-
fied in the note referred to in this mortgage, and for reasonable attonney's fees and court costs incurred in the collection of any or all of
such sums of money.
