THIS INDENTURE made this da ~ 4th y of April 1980, between RADNOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), and James C. (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium-Act, _ Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes) which may be levied against the above-described unit.
