WIT\ESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum of money named
in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor does grant, bazgain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey,
and confirm unto the Itlortgagee, in fee simple, the following described real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed,
and in actual possession, situate in the County of St . Lucie ,State of Florida, to-wit:
Unit 507 in OCEANA OCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM II, according tp the Declaration
of Condominium of Oceans Oceanfront Condominium II, recorded in Official
Record Book 327, Pages 1684 et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida (the "Declaration of Condominium"), together with an undivided
share in the Common Elements appurtenant to such Unit and all other
appurtenances to such Unit as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.

IT IS MUTUALLY COVENANTED A~~D AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the 1ltortgagor, the ?~fort-
gagec riay hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and before full pzymcnt of this mortgage
and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the 1lfortgagor and any such further advances, with interest, shall be sccureel by this
mortga~;c and shall be evidenced by an additional note then unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mort-
(;age may decrease or increase from time to time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceal the maximum
principal sum of $ 50,000.00 ,together with u>~st thereon and any and all disbursements made by the Mortgagee for the pay-
ment of taxes, levies, or i~~~raoce on the property covered the lien of this mortgage with interest on such disbursements at the rate speci-
