4. All of the terms, provisions, conditions, rights,
privileges, obligations, easements and _liens set forth and contained
in that certain Membership Agreement dated January 8 ,1980, between
Oceana.Association,.Inc. and the Oceans II Condominium Association,
Inc., recorded in Official Record Book_ 327 , at page 1742 , Public
Records of St. Lucie-County, Florida, and all instruments therein
referred to;
5. All agreements, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations and easements. of record, if any, which may-now affect
the afore-described property.

- TO HAVE AND-TO HOLD the above granted, bargained and described '
premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantee, his heirs
and assigns, to his own proper use, benefit and behoof forever,
subject as aforesaid.
And the said Grantor, for-itself and for its successors and
