+ That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of

ledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee, and the
Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described real
property situated, lying and being in Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach,
St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT 308 in Oceana Oceanfront Condominium II, according
to the Declaration of Condominium of Oceana Oceanfront
Condominiwa II, recorded in Official Record Book 327
Pages 1684et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida (the "Declaration of Condominium"), together

contained in the Declaration of Condominium, including, but not
limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common
Expenses. (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes) which may be levied against the

This conveyance is made subject to the following:
1. Real Estate taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent years;
2. Applicable zoning and other governmental regulations and
ordinances, privileges, obligations, easements and liens set forth
