Inc.., recorded in Official Record Book. 327 , at page 1742 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and all instruments therein
referred to;
5. All agreements, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations and easements of record, . if any, which may- now affect
the afore-described property.
- TO HAVE AND-TO HOLD the above granted,.bargained and described
premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantee, his heirs
and assigns, to his own proper use;. benefit and behoof forever, .
