THIS CAUSE, having come before this Court for
trial on the 22nd day of April, 1980 and the Court having
given .full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: -That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of tha_s suit; that the relationship
of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
j broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION1 OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
BRENDA L. THOMPSON and DAVID L. THOMPSON be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. -
2. CHILD. CUSTODY AND PROPERTY SETTLEt~NT. The

Agreement between the parties as to child custody, child
support, visitation and property settlement was admitted

into evidence and the Agreement is incorporated by reference

herein and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions
of the Agreement.
