ALBERT L. BENNETT,
Husband,
and
VERA NELL BENNETT,
Wife.
FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause coming on to be heard on the 22nd day of April, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be_dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The parties hereto and each of them are hereby forever freed

from the bonds. of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
f 2. Custody of the minor child of the parties, to-wit:
CRAIG BENNETT, is hereby awarded to the Wife, with the Husband
having reasonable rights of visitation with the child and the
child with him.
3. Commencing on the day of 1980, the
Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars
per week for the support and maintenance of the aforenamed child;

said sum to continue until the said minor child graduates from
high school, conditioned upon the child progressing normally
and graduating at his scheduled time of approximately June, 1981.
