FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE i
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court having

given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter-
i
mines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
- r
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between. the parties; and that the marriage between the '
j parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
I; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PATRICIA
R. McLYNDEN and VINCENT McLYNDEN be and the same is hereby dis-
solved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
i~
-from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JESSICA McLYNDEN, minor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to~PATRICIA R. McLYNDEN with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to VINCENT McLYNDEN.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 1st day of April, 1980, VINCENT
McLYNDEN shall pay to PATRICIA R. McLYNDEN the sum of $75.00 each
and every week for the support of the child named above.
a Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of .this Court and byF
her remitted promptly to PATRICIA R. McLYNDEN. In addition, ther~
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
