PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation holder of the mortgage
executed by SAND DOLLAR YILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a ~iorida corporation, to
INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated December 28, 1978, and .
recorded in Official Records Book 300, Pages 2081 through 2097, inclusive, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 14th day of _ A~r~.l ~
1980, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County

That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 625
and an undivided 1/31 share in those common elements appurtenant there-
to in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restric-
tions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of 'i
SAND DOLLAR VILLAS-CONDOMINIUM A, as recorded in Official Records Book
324, page 1952, and as amended in Official Records Book 324, page 2019,
all in the Public Records of St. Lucie~County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the property
described in that mortgage.
