Covenants 18,18, 20.22 and 23 of this Mort;age. Borrower and Lender agree that all references to the Property, Borrower, Leader
and Note contained in the above described master form of mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to
mean the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a rnpy of the rnmplete text of the
provisions hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Ptitture Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of
the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this
Mortgage, exceed the original amount of the Note plus US i 119 ~ 500.00
IId THE EVENT of inconsistencies between this Short Form Mortgage and the Master Form Mortgage which is incorporated
herein, the provisions in this Short Form Mortgage shall prevail.
