Inc., recorded in Official Record Book . 327 , at page 1742 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, .and all instruments therein -
referred to;
5. All agreements, covenants, conditions, restrictions,

reservations and easements of record, if any, which may now affect
the afore-described property. - .

premises-, with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantee, his heirs
and assigns, to his own proper use;: benefit and behoof forever,
subject as aforesaid.
And the said Grantor, for-itself and-for its successors and
assigns, does covenant, promise and agree to and with the said
