9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10.

10. An authenticated copy of the decedent's last Will, dated
June 21, 1974, accompanies this petition.

11. Decedent's f1'ill does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioners request that the dece-
dent's last Will be admitted to probate and an Order of Summary Admin-

s istration be entered directing distribution of the assets of the estate
