sole discretion, and to make, execute, deliver, and accept all receipts, releases, waivers, deeds, bills of
sale, certificates of title, mortgages, notes, assignments and transfers, and all other documents con-
venient thereto, and to vote any corporate stock by proxy or personally, and to exercise any subscription,
conversion or other rights convenient thereto, and any and all other documents convenient to the afore-
said transactions or any of them, without applying or reporting to any courts and without notice-to any
benefieiories, devisees, legatees, heirs, next of kin, spouses, executors, administrators, guardians, trustees,
