ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
• The petition of STEVEN R. McCAIN for the appointment
of a guardian of the person and property of THOMAS E. HALL, coming
on this day to be heard and it appearing to the Court that said
person is incompetent because of a left cerebral vascular accident,
diabetes, hypertension and renal disease, and that it is necessary
for a guardian to be appointed; and the Court having jurisdiction
and being fully advised, it is
ADJUDGED that STEVEN R. McCAIN is hereby appointed as
guardian of the person and property of THOMAS E. HALL, incompetent.
~ ADJUDGEb FURTHER that said STEVEN R. McCAIN is required
~ to file a bond in the amount of S ~ payable to the
Governor of the State of Florida and to his successors in Office, •
' conditioned on the faithful performance of all duties by the .guardian,
c according to law.
