and says
1. That he is the President of HOYT C. MURPHY, INC.,
REALTORS.
2. That on April 2, 1980, HOYT C. MURPHY, as Chairman
of the Board of HOYT C. MURPHY, INC., REALTORS, signed a
promissory note and mortgage to FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
FORT PIERCE, recorded April 8, 1980, in 0. R. Book 329,
Page 2, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
wherein HOYT C. MURPHY, INC. is one of the mortgagors.
3. That HOYT C. MURPHY, INC. and HOYT C. MURPHY, INC.,
REALTORS, are one and the same corporation, and HOYT C.
MURPHY, INC., REALTORS, is in fact the mortgagor in the
