ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE was heard on April 11, 1980, upon the wife's motion ~
for contempt for the. husband's failure to pay one-half of the
mortgage payment pursuant to the final judgment entered in this cause
November 27, 1979; and pursuant to the order of this Court dated
January 22, 1980, and the husband, WALLACE BENNETT HAYNES, JR., being
present in open Court and represented by counsel, and upon the taking
of testimony in open Court and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is, therefore
ADJUDGED that the respondent, WALLACE BENNETT HAYNES, JR., is
guilty of willful and direct contempt of this court for failure to
pay one-half of the mortgage payments pursuant to the final judgment
of this Court and pursuant to the order entered by this Court
January 22, 1980. WALLACE BENNETT HAYNES, JR., is adjudged to be
in contempt of this Court.
That as punishment for his contempt, the respondent, WALLACE
BENNETT HAYNES, JR., shall be confined in the county jail of this
county for a period of thirty days. The respondent, WALLACE BENNETT
HAYNES, JR., may purge himself of this contempt by, within ten
days of the date of this order, paying the mortgage payment on .the
marital home which is due for the month of April, 1980,-and by -
further paying the mortgage payment that is due for May, 1980, when
said payment becomes due on May 1, 1980. Thereafter, the parties
