shall makQ the mortgage payment which is due in June, August,
October, December, etc., and the husband shall make the mortgage
payment which is due in July, September, November, etc.
In the event that the respondent does not purge himself of
contempt by the above, then the respondent forthwith is to be
confined to the county jail of this county for a period o£ thirty
days.
IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED-that in this event an order of commitment
will issue directing that the respondent, WALLACE BENNETT HAYNES, JR.,
be taken into the custody of the sheriff and that he be committed
to the county jail of St. Lucie County, Florida, for a period not
to exceed thirty days from the date of the order of commitment, unless
he is sooner discharged by due process of law.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of April A.D., 1980.
