THIS CAUSE COMING on to be heard on the 10th day of April,

of counsel, the Court being otherwise fully advised in the. premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
(1) That the Wife is awarded temporary custody of the minor
child, TANYA COOK, pendente liter
(2) That the Husband shall pay,to the Wife, the sum of
Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per week as temporary child support,
pendente lite, commencing April 10, 1980;
(3) That the Wife shall have temporary exclusive use and
possession of the family automobile, 1974 Plymouth Satellite, and the
Husband shall make the mortgage payments on said vehicle;
(4) That the Husband is denied visitation with the minor
child, TANYA COOK, pendente liter
(5) That the Husband, CHARLES G. COOK, and the Wife, LINDA
C. COOK, be, and are hereby ordered, enjoined and restrained from
molesting, harassing, assaulting, or otherwise interfering with one
another and the Sheriff of St. Lucie County and his deputies be, and are
hereby ordered, to enforce this restraining order without further order
of this Oourt and the Sheriff and his deputies be, and are hereby ordered,
without further notice of order of this Court, to arrest and incarcerate
the offending party and immediately deliver said offending party to
