for six ~6) months fray the date of this Order with maintenance and _
expenses to be paid by the Wife during her period of possession and in
the absence of LOUIS AGUILARA'S purchase of the wife's one-half interest
in same within said six months, the property including improvements
and the total property, shall be sold and the proceeds therefrom divided
equally between the parties; that the parties shall each pay half of the
appraisal fee for appraisal of the property incident to the sale and to
share equally in the proceeds of the sale after the payment of costs
incident thereto.
3. FEES AND COSTS. Each of the parties shall pay their
individual attorney's fees in this cause.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
DONE and ORDERED i Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
