COVENANT AND AGREE THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 15 days of the due
date herein the payments called for in the first mortgage now
encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its
office or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herei ,

(2) The MORTGAGORS herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE ~
herein acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage ~
and the amount still due thereon, in an estoppel letter form
provided by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(3) This is a PURCHASE MONEY SECOND MORTGAGE.
