IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJODGBD: r
1. The Motion to Transfer is denied without prejudice.
2. The Husband's Motion to Dismiss Petition to Set
Aside Final Judgment and Property Settlement Agreement is denied.
3. The Husband's Alternative Motion to Strike is hereby
granted with respect to Paragraphs 2, 4, and 12 of the Petition to
Set Aside Final Judgment and Property Settlement Agreement, and {
further granted with respect to Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the '
