FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause coming on to be heard on the 16th day of April, 1980,
upon the pleadings filed herein, the Wife being present and repre-
sented by Counsel, and the Court having given full consideration ~ j
to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of i
Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage ~
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between WILLIA.*~I G. WHITE and JEANNE M. WHITE
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. f

2. Custody of the minor children, namely: PATRICIA A. WHITE
born June 6, 1964, and EDWARD H. WHITE, born June 6, 1965, is hereby
awarded to the Husband, WILLIAM G. WHITE, with reasonable visitation
rights granted to the Wife. The visitation rights_of the Wife shall t
include the right to have the children with her for four weeks in the
summertime, one-half of the Christmas vacation to be determined by
the school schedule, and Easter and Thanksgivings, The Husband shall
pay for round-trip tickets for the children for the summer vacation
and Christmas vacation. If the Wife desires to exercise her right
to visitation with the children at Easter and Thanksgiving, the
transportation costs shall be paid by the ~7ife.
