ORDER 1
THIS CAUSE, having come on for hearing on the 19th day
of December, 1979, upon the Motion for Contempt and Amended Rule
to Show Cause previously filed herein by the_Wife, and all parties
having appeared in open Court after proper service of process, and
the Court having found that the Respondent, GERALD WAYNE KNIGHT, has

violated the terms of the gm s
1979, by his failure to pay attorney's. fees in the amount of $51.43
and his failure to pay child support in the amount of $918.52 and by

his failure to pay medical bills for the children of the parties but
is not, however, guilty of willful contempt of this Court, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, GERALD WAYNE KNIGHT,
shall pay to the Wife one-half of the first paycheck following the

~ hearing; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife shall forward all medical -
bills incurred in examination and treatment of the children. of the
parties to the Husband and he shall and he is hereby ordered to pay
said medical bills forthwith. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband is $918.52 in arrears
and he shall and he is hereby ordered to bring himself current in
said payments; It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that GERALD WAYNE KNIGHT shall and he
is hereby ordered to pay prior attorney's fees in the amount of $51.43
to the Wife's attorney, Osborne Walker O'Quinn, forthwith; It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that GERALD WAYNE KNIGHT shall and he
