Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments frog
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural anther or
person-having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
the father of the above-named child(ren), the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITA?IYE
SERVICES, BUREAU OF VITAL STATISTICS, AMENDMENT UNIT, shall and it is hereby ordered t_o
