OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES for child support and the Court having found
that said Petitioner is a proper party by virtue of an assignment of rights to

Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Ninewood Eoulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
O1tDERED AND ADJUDCID that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and (s)he
is hereby ordered to contin~~e to transmit support payments received from the Respondent
to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until further order of this
Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments Prow the Department
of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support payments shall there-
after be directed and payable to the person having custody of the child(ren).
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
