LEONARD KLECKLEY and BRENDA BURROUGHS
the natural mother; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
BRENDA BURROUGHS shall have custody of the said child(ren)
subject to the Defendant s right of reasonable visitation; it~is further

Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Wine rood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further "
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk ~f tine Circuit Court shall and i•
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Nottcc to Discontinue Payeents from "
