Said anaunt shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 1~iinewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk ~f the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant f
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue"PayAents from
the Departsent of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural mother or #
person•having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDEREf. AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated "
