filed herein, and being otherwise fully and yell advised in the preaises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren).

TERRY EUGENE TOY and VIVIAN MAE HANTHO
the natural mother; it is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
VIVIAN MAE HANTHORN shall have custody of the said child(ren)
subject to the Defendant s right vf~reasonable visi.tntion; it is further

Said mount shall be remitted monthly. by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Minewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk ~f the Circuit Court shall .and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of chis Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments fro.

payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural pother or
person-having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated

SERVICES, BUREAU OF VITAL STATISTICS, AMENDMENT UNIT, shall and it is hereby ordered to:
