PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation,
holder of the mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT -
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a
Florida banking corporation, dated December 28, 1978, and recorded
in Official Record Book 300, pages 2081 through 2097, inclusive,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable
consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby on this 1~ day of April 1980, releases from .
the lien of that mortgage, the real aroperty in that County described

That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit
No. 619 and an undivided 1/47 share in those
common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance
with and subject to the covenants, conditions,
restrictions, terms and other provisions of that
Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VIJ,LAS ;
CONDOMINIUM B, as recorded in Official Record a
Book 327, gage 2576, and as amended in Official
Record Book 327, page 2640, all in the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part
of the property described in that mortgage.
