1. That affiant is the surviving spouse of RUSSELL. W. PLANERT,
who departed this life February 23, 1980.
2. That RUSSELL W. PIANERT and EDITH D. PIANERT, his wife, were
the grantees in that certain deed dated April 6, 1970 and filed for record
April 23, 1970 in official records book 184 at page 539, under Clerk's
File Number 192557 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
from General Development Corporation, a corporation existing under the laws
of the State of Delaware and having a place of business in the County of
Dade and State of Florida, conveying the following described property:
Lots 11 ~ 12, Block 523, of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION
10, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 49, of the Public
Records of St. Iucie County, Florida. •
