a Corporation organized under the laws of the state of Michigan party
of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) ~

and other valuable considerations, lawful money of the United States of
America, to be paid by : ANCHOR SAVINGS BANK
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
sold, assigned and transfered to said party of the second part all of
the right, title and interest of said party of the first part to a certain
real estate mortgage dated the 16th day of April ,19 64 ~ ,
made by Charles E. (Gene) Avery and Barbara Ann Avery, his wife
. and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Liber 86
Page 311 pf St. Lucie County, Florida Public Records. 4
In witness whereof, said party of the first part has caused these
presents to be assigned and the Corporate Seal to be affixed this
