PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
sole devisee and only heir at law. Her name and address is as
set forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address of her attorney
is as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, EDWARD PEARSON, whose last known address
was 924 Barrel Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL (33450) died on March 1st,
1980 at Lawnwood I?iedical Center, and at the time of death decedent
was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is. known, the name of the beneficiary of
this estate, her address and relationship to decedent, and her
age, is:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.

sions of Medicare Health Insurance (Claim #199-01-0307-A)
Statements and expenses of last illness of decedent-$1,528.00
(b)Balance due on Contract to Sell certain real property situated
in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, to Andrew Elliot & Marjorie A.
Elliot, his wife, more particularly described as follows:
1/6 interest in and to:
6.931 acres, Old Carversville Road, Salisbury Township,
Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Due and payable May 4, 1982 $7,612.50
